ANOTHER UNSATISFACTORY WAY to avoid facing the world and its necessary lessons is by over dosing on drugs, or committing suicide. Why? Because, once we leave our physical body and the physical world, we return home to the spiritual world and realize the inanity of such actions.

WE ARE ALLOWED TO MAKE MISTAKES. There are no penalties except those self imposed. We are a much loved child of the universe. So, committing suicide, overdosing on drugs or any other means of avoiding life’s problems is not the answer. Then what is? What do we need to do to progress?

CAN YOU IMAGINE FOR A MOMENT, a murderer murdering someone if he holds love and compassion for others… and himself in his heart… or a rapist raping, a thief thieving, a bully bullying? Can you imagine an angry person or a jealous person venting their negative emotions on some poor innocent victim if their inherent nature is peaceful and loving?

FUNDAMENTALLY, WE ARE UNAWARE of our true nature. When we sleep, we believe our dream-self and dream-world are real. When we wake up, our dream-world gives way to the waking state, but we fail to recognize that they are both the same. It’s hard for us to realize that they are both projections of our mind.
