AFTER watching ‘The Bible: A History.’- Episode 1- Creation, on the telly, it reinforced the fact that the biggest sticking point and the one that causes the most controversy is that it says in Genesis that God created the heavens and earth and all things in it in a mere six days, then rested on the seventh.

How can that be? Let’s take a look at the creation of the universe according to Genesis in a way that maybe it hasn’t been looked at before.

Most would agree that God is Absolute. God does not exist in time or space but in a non dimensional realm. There is no physical body called God, there is only Pure Intelligent Awareness that is everywhere and yet nowhere at the same moment for in a non dimensional sphere that has no here and there, or up and down, there is nowhere to be but everywhere.

You can get a very small inkling of that intelligent awareness by becoming aware of the intelligence that is sitting behind your eyes, reading these lines at the moment. That intelligent spark of awareness, is what you identify with as you.

Ask yourself. ‘Where exactly is this intelligence? Can I touch it? Is it in my brain, if so whereabouts in my brain, or is it maybe behind my eyes, if so, is it in the space between my iris and retina or is it somewhere else?’ I bet you can’t say precisely where it is for in truth, it is no-where, it just is….and it is aware, of this you can be certain for it is reading these words right now.

Einstein’s theory of relativity states that time and space are related, in other words you can’t have time without space and vice-versa, therefore God’s realm being non dimensional (has no height, width or breadth) is timeless as well as spaceless.

God’s Intelligent Awareness is exactly the same as your intelligent awareness – it is in no place, it just is. The only difference between you and God is you have a body and live in a three dimensional world. God does not have a body nor live in a world of time and space.

Physicality in a three dimensional world is the only difference between you and God. Without your physicality and your world, you are pure intelligent awareness, you are the same as God…You are God!

What has all this got to do with creation? A whole lot….
